1.1.1 14-Day Full Refund Guarantee: From the date of receiving your order, you have 14 days to request a full refund back to the credit card used for the purchase. Additionally, you have a generous 30-day window from the date of purchase to initiate returns for store credit or exchanges.

1.1.2 Returns requested after the 30-day period will not be accepted.

1.2 Condition of Items

1.2.1 To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

1.2.2 Items not meeting these criteria, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted for return.

2.2.2 Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package when returning the item.
